Park Circle Yoga

7:30-9pm

Join us for Equinox Serenade: Light & Sound Meditation, an immersive experience designed to honor the Fall Equinox's sacred balance. As the season shifts, we gather in intentional community to reflect on the year’s journey, set our intentions for the months ahead, and embrace the rhythms of nature. Guided by the warm glow of candlelight and the grounding beats of the drum, crystal bowls and other simple instruments; this meditation invites you to connect deeply with yourself, your community, and the art of mindful living.
